ORDINANCE NO. 76R7
AN ORDINANCE relating to the Golf Course Advisory
Committee and amending Ordinance No. 2292 as amended by
Ordinance No. 2471.
WHEREAS, Upon recommendation of the Mayor and after due
discussion by the City Council, the City Council has determined
that the membership of the Golf Course Advisory Committee should
be enlarged by the addition of a Pasco City Council member who
would serve as an ex-officio (non-voting) member, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance 2292, as amended by
Ordinance No. 2471 of the Pasco City Council is hereby amended by
the addition of a new Subsection 6., which Subsection shall read
as follows:
6. The membership of the Golf Course Advisory
Committee shall include a member of the Pasco City Council
who shall serve as a ex-officio (non-voting) member of the
Committee. The Pasco City Council member serving on the
Golf Course Advisory Committee shall be appointed annually
by the Mayor, with the concurrence of the City Council.
This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after
passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
4th day of April, 1988.
