AN ORDINANCE limiting parking to two (2) hours on both sides of 5th Avenue between Park and Octave Streets. WHEREAS, after due deliberation and upon recommendation of the City Engineer, the City Council has determined that parking should be limited to two (2) hours in duration during regular business hours on both sides of 5th Avenue between Park and Octave Streets, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 10.56.110 of the Pasco Municipal Code is hereby amended to include 5th Avenue between Park and Octave Streets as one of the streets or parts of streets listed therein where in accordance with Section 10.56.060 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for a period of time longer than two (2) hours between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. of any day except Sundays and public holidays. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication.
