AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning, amending Title 22 of the Pasco
Municipal Code, by enacting new regulations
applicable to container storage.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a new PMC Section 22.12.750 hereby is
enacted to read as follows:
22.12.750 STORAGE, CONTAINER. "Container Storage"
means a unit originally or specifically used or
designed to store goods or merchandise during
shipping or hauling by a vehicle.
Section 2. That PMC Subsections 22.24.030(3),
22.26.030(3), 22.28.030(3), 22.30.030(3), 22.32.030(3) and
22.34.030(3) hereby are amended to read as follows:
Storage buildings not exceeding two hundred square
feet of gross floor area and fifteen feet in
height; provided no container storage, as defined
in Section 22.12.750, shall be permitted;
Section 3. That PMC Subsection 22.38.030(1) and
22.39.030(1) hereby are amended to read as follows:
Accessory uses and structures incidental to the
convenience needs within the park and related to
any permitted use; provided no container
storage, as defined in Section 22.12.750, shall be
permitted;
Section 4. That new PMC Subsections 22.40.040(5),
22.42.025(4) and 22.44.025(2) hereby are enacted to read as
follows:
Container Storage, as defined in Section
22.12.750, authorized in accordance with Section
22.80.030.
Section 5. That a new PMC Subsection 22.52.020(7) hereby
is enacted to read as follows:
22.52.020(7) Container Storage, as defined in
Section 22.12.750, may be permitted upon issuance
of a temporary special permit, as provided in
Chapter 22.80.
Section 6. That PMC Subsection 22.48.040 hereby is
amended to read as follows:

22.48.040 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. Accessory
buildings and accessory uses shall be permitted as
defined under Sections 22.12.020, 22.12.130, and
and 22.12.750.
Section 7. That a new PMC Section 22.56.015 hereby is
enacted to read as follows:
22.56.015 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. All accessory
uses permitted within the C-3 district as well as
those which are accessory to use permitted in
Section 22.56.010.
Section 8. That a new PMC Section 22.60.013 hereby is
enacted to read as follows:
22.60.013 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. All accessory
uses permitted within the I-1 district as well as
those which are accessory to uses permitted in
Section 22.60.010.
Section 9. This ordinance shall be in effect upon its
passage and publication as required b aw.
