RUBSTELLO, City Attorney City Clerk AEVN WELLS, ORDINANCE NO. 2645 AN ORDINANCE prohibiting parking on Oregon Avenue between "A" Street and Ainsworth Avenue; and amending PMC 10.56.080. WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the city engineer and after due deliberation the city council has determined that parking should be prohibited on both sides of the street on Oregon Avenue between "A" Street and Ainsworth Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 10.56.080 of the Pasco Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of the following designated part of Oregon Avenue, so that when signs are erected giving notice thereof, in accordance with 10.56.030 PMC, no person shall at any time park a vehicle thereon: Oregon Avenue between "A" Street and Ainsworth Avenue. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication. PASSED This day of May, 1987 and APPROVED by the Mayor.
