WHEREAS, City Council has earlier created the Revolving Loan Program through the Community Development Block Grant Program in order to provide low interest loans for the expansion of local business; and WHEREAS, a separate fund is needed to assure that payments from borrowers is not comingled with other block grant income, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. A fund, to be known as the "Revolving Loan Fund", is hereby created for the purpose of separately accounting for the funds and income of the Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Program. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication.
