AT APPROVED AS TO FORM:
ORDINANCE NO. 2640
AN ORDINANCE relating to parking on 10th Avenue in the
area of Captain Gray Elementary School; and amending
Section 10.56.090 of the Pasco Municipal Code.
WHEREAS, the Pasco City Council has determined after due
consideration that parking on the east side of 10th Avenue in the
area of Captain Gray School should be prohibited, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 10.56.090 of the Pasco Municipal
Code which prohibits parking on certain streets during specified
hours is hereby amended by adding the following section of 10th
Avenue to the list of streets set forth therein as follows:
DISTRICT PROHIBITED
10th Avenue (east side) for a
distance of 125 feet south of
the south curb line of Brown
Street Any time
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5)
days after passage and publication.
