ORDINANCE NO 2636
AN ORDINANCE concerning wages for certain personnel (non-represented)
for the calendar year 1987
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1 The wage scale for those positions specified in the
attached Exhibit I not represented by a certified bargaining unit, shall
be as set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto, which Exhibit is incorporated
by reference as if fully set forth herein The actual wage to be received
by an employee occupying any of the positions specified in Exhibit I
shall be determined by the City Manager, provided, however, where
the 1986 actual wage of an incumbent in any such position exceeds the
maximum wage for the position as set forth in Exhibit I, such employee
shall continue to be compensated at his/her actual 1986 wage
Section 2 The wage scale for those part-time positions specified
in the attached Exhibit I I not represented by a certified bargaining
unit shall be as set forth in Exhibit II attached hereto, which Exhibit
is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein The actual
wage to be received by an employee occupying any of the positions specified
in Exhibit II shall be determined by the City Manager
Section 3 This ordinance shall be effective five (5) days after
passage and publication
Section 4 All prior ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are rescinded and superceded by this ordinance
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 15th day
of December, 1986

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING WAGES FOR CERTAIN PERSONNEL
(NON-REPRESENTED) FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1987
On Monday, December 15, 1986, the Pasco City Council
approved Ordinance No...“34,, an ordinance concerning wages for
certain City employee positions for the calendar year 1987. A
section by section summary of this ordinance follows:
Section 1. This section establishes a wage scale for
non-represented, non-management positions, as is established in
Exhibit 1 attached to the ordinance. Actual wages for each
position are determined by the City Manager.
Section 2. This section establishes a wage scale for
part-time positions. Actual rates of pay are determined by the
City Manager. Exhibit II is adopted by this section.
Section 3. This section establishes an affective date
five days after its passage and publication of this summary.
Section 4. This section rescinds all prior ordinances
in conflict with the provisions of the ordinance.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
15th day of December, 1986.
