AT OVED A GREG RUBSTELLO LS City Clerk PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2603 AN ORDINANCE concerning the Uniform Mechanical Code; and amending Section 16.32.010 of the Pasco Municipal Code. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 16.32.010 of the Pasco Municipal Code be and is hereby amended to read as follows: 16.32.010 ADOPTION OF UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE. The Uniform Mechanical Code, 198B 1985 Edition, with Appendixes A through C, prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials, is adopted by reference as the mechanical code of the city, except as hereinafter amended. Three copies of the Uniform Mechanical Code, 198B 1985 Edition, with Appendixes A through C, have been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication.
