Service Fund. fund No. 220 the 1965 G.O.B. Arterial Street was created in 1965 to account for the debt of the 1965 arterial street bond; and WHEREAS, all outstanding bonds from the 1965 arterial street bond issue have been redeemed and the purpose for which the fund was created no longer exists, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE. City fund No. 220 the 1965 G.O.B. Arterial Street Debt Service Fund is hereby authorized to be closed and all monies remaining therein, including any interest thereon, shall be transfered to the city's general fund. SECTION TWO. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication.
