HomeMy WebLinkAbout2571 Ordinanceells, City Clerk 2571 ORDINANCE NO. iAN ORDINANCE relating to parking and amending Chapter 10.56 of the Pasco Municipal Code by amending Section 10.56.080 thereof. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE. That Section 10.56.080 of the Pasco Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding the streets listed below: 10.56.080 SCHEDULE III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS. In accordance with Section 10.56.030, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall at any time park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets: Road 34 from a point 210 feet south of Court Street to Court Street on both sides of the street. SECTION TWO. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication according to law. PASSED this day of O'ezto-A,,,,- . 1985 and approved by the Mayor.
