ORDINANCE NO 2544
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF REOPENING
FUND NO 316, GOLF CART STORAGE, OF THE
CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, Fund 316 was closed by Ordinance No 2449 on April 18,
1983 upon the completion of construction of the original golf cart
storage units, and
WHEREAS, additional golf cart storage units are to be
constructed, and
WHEREAS, sound accounting procedures require a separate
construction fund for the receipt of revenues and the disbursement of
expenditures, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS
SECTION ONE Fund No 316, Golf Cart Storage, is hereby
reopened for the purpose of accounting for the revenues and expenditures
associated with the construction of golf cart storage units
SECTION TWO This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days after its passage and publication as required by law
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor on this
15 day of April , 1985

on the 1 9th
day of April , 1985 , and
ending on the 101-1-1 day of A r-rt-, 1 , 1985 , and that said newspaper was regularity distributed to its subscribers -during all of this period
