ORDINANCE NO. 2534
AN ORDINANCE relating to parking and amending Chapter
10.56 of the Pasco Municipal Code by amending Section 10.56.080
thereof.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE. That Section 10.56.080 of the Pasco
Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding
the streets listed below:
10.56.080 SCHEDULE III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS. In accordance with Section 10.56.030,
and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no
person shall at any time park a vehicle upon any of the
following described streets or parts of streets:
Clark Street (from 9th Avenue to 11th Ave) both
sides of street
10th Avenue (from Lewis Street to Clark Street)
both sides of street
10th Avenue ("B" Street to "A" Street) both sides
of street
"A" Street (from 9th Avenue to 11th Ave) both
sides of street
SECTION TWO. This ordinance shall take effect five (5)
days after passage and publication according to law.

SUBJECT. 10TH AVENUE PARKING RESTRICTIONS
As you will recall, the Council voted that the elimination
of on-street parking on 10th, specified under Ordinance #2354,
is not to take effect unless and until the 10th Avenue improve-
ment project necessitates it.
Please note this in the project file and be sure we adhere
to the Council's directive
A copy of this memo will be attached (by Evelyn Wells) to
the original of Ordinance #2354.
