ORDINANCE NO. 2515
AN ORDINANCE conerning Pawn Brokers and Second Hand
Dealers; and amending Section 5.12.050(9) PMC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE. Subsection 5.12.050(9) PMC is hereby
amended by the underlined additions and interlineated deletions
shown below, to read as follows:
(9) Receive any property from any person under the age of
twanty-one---424 eighteen (18) years, any common
drunkard, any habitual user of narcotic drugs, any
habitual criminal, any person in an intoxicated condition,
any known associate of such thief or receiver of stolen
property, whether such person be acting in his own behalf
or as agent of another;
is guilty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION TWO. This ordinance shall take effect five (5)
days after passage and publication.
