HomeMy WebLinkAbout2499 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. 2499 AN ORDINANCE creating a special fund, to be designated the "Athletic Program Fund"; and adding Chapter 3.102 to the Pasco Municipal Code. WHEREAS, the City of Pasco Parks and Recreation Department receipts in league and player fees for various athletic leagues and applies such fees to the cost of administrating the activities of the different leagues, and it is necessary that accounting controls over such fees be implemented and insured, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section One. There is hereby added to the Pasco Municipal Code a new Chapter 3.102 which shall read as follows: CHAPTER 3.102 ATHLETIC PROGRAM FUND Sections: 3.102.010 Fund Created. 3.102.020 Dispersements. 3.102.010 FUND CREATED. There is created a new fund—to -be known as the Athletic Program Fund. A"-e—purpos-e —of this fund is to receipt the various league and player fees received by the Parks and Recreation Department and expended in its administration of various athletic leagues and to provide accounting controls over the dispersement of such funds. 3.102.020 DISPERSEMENTS. Monies which may be received from time to time in this fund will be dispersed by warrant and will only be for the purpose of administering and providing various athletic leagues by and through the city's Parks and ---- Recreation Department.
