ORDINANCE NO. 2496
AN ORDINANCE prohibiting parking on certain portions of
Third and Fourth Avenues; and amending Section
10.56.080 of the Pasco Municipal Code.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 2, 1984 at the
regular meeting of the Pasco City Council and the City Council
having considered the testimony for and against the proposed
prohibition of parking and finding that the recommended parking
prohibitions be in the public interest, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section One. Section 10.56.080 of the Pasco Municipal Code
is hereby amended by the addition of the following listed portions
of Third and Fourth Avenues as streets, or portions thereof, where
in accordance with Section 10.56.030, and when signs are erected
giving notice thereof, no person shall at any time park a vehicle:
Fourth Avenue - East side from Shoshone Street to Court
Street; and on the west side from Shoshone Street to
125 feet north of vacated Park Street and from 115 feet
north of Octave Street to Court Street.
Third Avenue - On the west side from a point 575 feet
north of Margaret Street to a point 650 feet north of
Margaret Street.
Section Two. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days
after passage and publication according to law.
PASSED by the Pasco City Council and approved by the Mayor this
16 day of April, 1984.

supplement thereof, for a period of 1 consecutive weeks, commencing
on the 21st day of Apra , 1434 , and
ending on the 21st day of April ,1434 and that said
newspaper was regularly distributed to its subscribers during all of this period
That the full amount of $ 41.40 has been paid in full, also at the rate of
