HomeMy WebLinkAbout2487 Ordinancevelyn ells, City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 2487 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 2.42.190 of the Pasco Municipal Code and concerning employee vacation schedules. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section One. Section 2.42.190 of the Pasco Municipal Code is hereby amended by the underscored additions and the inter- lineated deletions to read as follows: 2.42.190 VACATION SCHEDULES. Vacations shall be scheduled by the department heads at times when they will constitute minimum conflict with work schedules. Vacations will normally be taken in periods of at least one weeks duration; however, ene-elay-er-ene-werktmg-sh±ft two hours is the minimum that may be taken. Section Two. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication according to law. PASSED this 16 day of January, 1984 and approved by the Mayor.
