HomeMy WebLinkAbout2480 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. 2480 a AN ORDINANCE Levying a Surcharge on Water Rates, Creating A Water Filtration Plant Improvement Fund and Adding Chapter 13.21 PMC THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN as follows: Section One. This ordinance shall be known and cited as the City of Pasco Water Filtration Plant Improvement Ordinance, and shall be codified as Ch. 13.21 in the Pasco Municipal Code. Section Two. It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this ordinance to provide revenues for the improvement of the city water filtration plant. Section Three. There is hereby levied a surcharge on city water service accounts to be included on all city bills for water service (except as provided in Section Four), between January 1 1984 and December 31 198 5 , unless earlier expired as stated in Section Five hereunder, in the following amounts: A. Single-Family Dwelling Unit Accounts inside corporate limits of Pasco: $ 2 02 $ 3 03 and Commerical Accounts $ 2 78 $ 4 02 $ 7 83 $ 12 14 $17 19 $ 24 77 $38 64 $ 53 55 3/4 inch meter 1 inch meter B.
