2472 ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 8.04 of the Pasco
Municipal Code and relating to dogs owned or maintained
by law enforcement agencies.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 8.04 of the Pasco Municipal
Code is amended by the addition of a new section 8.04.355,
which shall state as follows:
8.04.355 DOGS USED IN LAW ENFORCEMENT.
The following sections and subsections of
this chapter shall not apply to dogs owned
or maintained by the City of Pasco, or
Franklin County, or their law enforcement
department, for law enforcement purposes:
8.04.010(c) "At large" definition.
8.04.050 which relates to dog control.
8.04.190 licensing fee requirement.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect five (5)
days after passage and publication according to law.
