ORDINANCE NO 2469
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AD VALOREM TAX LEVY IN THE
CITY OF PASCO IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 A tax for the following sums of money, or as much as
may be authorized by law, to defray the expenses and liabilities of the
City of Pasco, be and the same is hereby levied for the purposes specified
against all taxable property in the City for the fiscal year 1984
Amount
General Expense, including Councilmanic Bond $1,201,676
Debt Service and Fire Pension
1965 Arterial Street General Obligation Bond 27,000
Fund
1971 Bridge General Obligation Bond Fund 50,000
Local Improvement Guaranty Fund 200,000
$1,478,676
Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its nassage and publication as required by Law
