HomeMy WebLinkAbout2460 Ordinanceells, City Clerk ORDINANCE NO 2460 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 10 32 040 of the !Pasco MUnicapal Code by including the east/west alley between West Court and West Brown Streets (Seventh to Eighth Avenues) to the list of one-way streets and alleys WHEREAS, the adjoining property owners have agreed with the City Engineering staff that making the alley between West Court and West Brown Streets between Seventh and Eighth Avenues one-way in a westerly direction will have a positive effect on traffic flow and safety in the area, NCW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section One Section 10.32 040 of the Pasco Municipal Code is amended by the inclusion on the list of names of streets and alleys for one-way traffic, the alley running in an east/west direction parallel to and between West Court and West Brown Streets (between Seventh and Eighth Avenues) and by designating the direction of traffic movement to be in a westerly direction Section To This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication according to law PASSED this 1 day of August, 1983, and approved by the
