Dear Mr Ajaks
Enclosed are statements signed by Lloyd G Tilton and Mary L Tilton, owners
of property at 831 Brown Street, William J Minnehan, signing under power of
attorney for James Minnehan, owner of property at 827 Brown Street, and myself
as administrator of the Pasco Community Services Office, Department of Social
and Health Services, at 800 West Court Street, Pasco These statements are in
support of our request that the alley separating the property leased by the
Department of Social and Health Services from residential properties named
above should be specified as a one-way alley extending east to west With the
extremely large volume of traffic generated by clients and employees, we feel
that a one-way alley would help to ensure optimum safety conditions for all
concerned
