HomeMy WebLinkAbout2452 OrdinanceATM APPRO AS TO IReg Rubstello, City Attorney 2452 ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE amending Section 13 16 035 of the Pasco Municipal Code and relating to Refunds on Fiscal Water/Sewer Utility Bills THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1 Section 13 16 035 of the Pasco Municipal Code which now reads as follows, 13 16 035 ADVANCE BILLING Each billing in addition to the charges for utility services past consumed but for which no advance payment has been made, shall assess two months' minimum water and two months' minimum sewer charge for purposes of advance payment A two-months' advance utility billing shall be paid at the time a new customer service account is set up (Ord 2307 E 4, 1981) is hereby amended to read as follows 13 16 035 ADVANCE BILLING Each billing in addition to the charges for utility services past consumed but for which no advance payment has been made, shall assess two months' manimum water and two months' minimum sewer charge for purposes of advance payment A two-months' advance utility billing shall be paid at the time a new customer service account is set up (Ord 2307 R 4,1981) V) All credit balances on final bills will be refunded, except where the amount is $.3 00 or less. Code and Relating to the Percentage of Gross Revenues From the Utilities-Occupation Li cense Tax Reserve For Street Maintenance WHEREAS when Ordi- nance No 2300 was passed in 1981 the utility tax rate wst at a uniform 8% on all businesses tatted under PM.;
