(without easement)' ORDINANCE NO 2437 AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of Octave Street and Marie Street within the City of Pasco. WHEREAS, a petition signed by more than two-thirds (2/3) of the owners of property abutting the portions of street rights-of- way described below has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco; and WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate those portions hereinafter described have been duly taken and performed, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ,Section 1. That the following described rights-of-way are hereby vacated and the property so vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof and shall attach to the lots or grounds bordering thereon, all in the manner prescribed by law: A. That portion of Octave Street, lying between the east line of North Fifth Avenue and the west line of North Fourth Avenue, according to the Plat of Sylvester Park Addition; B. The south ten (10) feet of Marie Street lying between the east line of North Fifth Avenue and the west line of North Fourth Avenue, according to the Plat of Sylvester Park Addition. Section 2. That a certified copy of this Ordinance be recorded by the City Clerk of Pasco in and with the Office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
