ORDINANCE NO 2419
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLOSING FUNDS NO 140,
690, AND 280 OF THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, certain special funds have been established by the City of Pasco
which no longer serve any purpose, including the purpose for which they
were formed, and it being in the interest of good accounting and bookkeeping
procedures that these accounts be closed and any monies still remaining
therein be put into the funds of the City of Pasco as specified in
Section I below
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1 The following funds are hereby closed and any monies that
still remain in these funds shall be deposited as specified
Fund No 140 - to account for CETA participation shall be closed to
the General Fund
Fund No 280 - to account for 1962 Golf Revenue Bond issue shall be
closed to the Golf Course Fund
Fund No 690 - to account for utility consumer deposits shall be closed
to the Water/Sewer Fund
SECTION 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law
