ORDINANCE NO 2417 A
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1982 ANNUAL BUDGEf OF
THE CITY OF PASCO BY PROVIDING A SUPPTFMENTAL THERETO,
BY APPROPRIATING AND REAPPROPRIATING REVENUE, BY PROVIDING
TRANSFER AND EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY, BY ADJUSTING THE
EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF VARIOUS FUNDS AND BUDGETS WITHIN
FUNDS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The 1982 Budget be and the same is hereby amended to provide for the
following adjustments to revenue and expenditures, and by providing authority for any
necessary transfer of money within or between funds as indicated

The above items are shown as revenue and appropriations for expenditures to specific
budgets and items within budgets in the attachment marked "Exhibit I, The Revenue/
Expenditure Detail;' which is incorporated herein as though fully set forth
Section 2 A public emergency is hereby declared to exist for the reason that
necessary expenditures of money have arisen since the filing of the 1982 Preliminary
Budget, and which could not have been foreseen at that time, and which were not provided
for in the 1982 Annual Budget It is also necessary to adjust certain fund income not
forecaht in the 1982 Preliminary Budget
Section 3 That the additions in appropriations and expenditures are hereby
declared to exist in the above funds for the said uses and purposes as shown above and
in the Exhibit and the proper City of are hereby authorized and directed to issue
warrants and tianster funds in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance
Section 4 This Ordinance with the attached Exhibit shall be on file with the
office of the Pasco City Clerk
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 20 day of December,
1982 on its second reading after,flaving first beep read at the Regular Council Meeting of
December 6, 1982, by a vote of (5 ) "Yes" to 0) "No"
This Ordinance shall be in effect following its passage d p ication as
required by Law
