ORDINANCE NO. 2416
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 10.64.040 of the Pasco Municipal
Code and relating to truck routes.
WHEREAS, after public hearing and having considered the pros
and cons of opening Fourth Avenue between Ainsworth Avenue and "A"
Street to truck traffic; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section One. Section 10.64.040 of the Pasco Municipal Code is
hereby amended by the addition of Fourth Avenue from Ainsworth Avenue
to "A" Street to the list of routes or areas of the city where any and
all through truck traffic with a maximum gross weight of 14,000 pounds
or more shall restrict their operacion.
Section Two. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days
after passage and publication.
