ORDINANCE NO. 2403
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 10.56.080 of the Pasco Municipal
Code and revising the area of Prohibited Parking
on 20th Avenue.
WHEREAS, at the time Ordinance No. 2354 was under consideration,
the owners of property adjacent to 20th Avenue between Court and Pearl
Streets were not advised that this portion of Court Street was being
considered for parking restrictions and it being the portion of 20th
Avenue north of Pearl Street that was specifically requested for
restrictive parking by Columbia Basin College, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS.
Section One. Section 10.56.080 of the Pasco Municipal Code, as
amended, is hereby further amended by the deletion of that portion of
20th Avenue between Court Street and Pearl Street, as one of the
streets or parts of streets where in accordance with Section 10.56.030
of the Pasco Municipal Code, and when signs are erected giving notice
the parking of a vehicle is prohibited at any time.
Section Two. This ordinance shall take effect five days after
passage and publication according to law.
