ORDINANCE NO. 2402
AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain portion of Irving Street within
the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1528, the City of Pasco initiated the
vacation proceedings for a certain portion of the Irving Street right-
of-way; and
WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate that
portion of Irving Street hereinafter described have been duly taken
and performed, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. That all right of way within the northwest quarter
of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 25, Town-
ship 9 North, Range 29 East W.M., lying west of a radius of forty-five
(45) feet from a point lying on the centerline of Irving Street, 701.23
feet westerly along said centerline from the intersection of the center-
line of Road 28 and Irving Street, and east of the easterly right of way
line of State Highway No. 12, be and the same hereby is vacated and the
property so vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof and shall
attach to the lots or grounds bordering thereon, all in the manner pro-
vided by law.
Section 2. That a certified copy of this ordinance shall be
recorded by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the office
of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and publication as required by law.
