2401 ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of Ainsworth Street,
"D" Street and South Sixth Avenue within the
City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1525, the City Council initiated
vacation proceedinas for certain portions of the Ainsworth Street,
"D" Street and South Sixth Avenue rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate
those portions of street rights-of-way hereinafter described have
been duly taken and performed, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section One. That the following described portions of Ainsworth
Street, "D" Street and South Sixth Avenue be and tne same hereby are
vacated and the property so vacated shall vest in the rightful owners
thereof, all in the manner provided by law.
A) All of "D" Street lying between the extended east
and west lines of Lot 8, Block 11, Gantenbein's
Addition;
B) The west 10 feet of South Sixth Avenue lying between
the extended south line of Lot 8, Block 11, Ganten-
bein's Addition and the north line of Ainsworth
Street;
C) The north 10 feet of Ainsworth Street lying between
the west line of South Fourth Avenue and a point 10
feet west of the west line of Block 16, Gantenbein's
Addition; the north 10 feet of Ainsworth Street lying
between a point 10 feet east of the east line of Lot
2, Block 15, Gantenbein's Addition and the west line
of Lot 2, Block 15, Gantenbein's Addition; the north
10 feet of Ainsworth Street lying between the east
line of Lot 16, Block 15, Gantenbein's Addition and
a point 10 feet west of the west line of Block 15,
Gantenbein's Addition; the north 10 feet of Ainsworth
Street lying between a point 10 feet east of the
extended east line of Block 11, Gantenbein's Addition
and the extended west line of Lot 8, Block 11, Ganten-
bein's Addition; the north 10 feet of Ainsworth Street
lying between the extended east line of Lot 9, Block
11 and a point 10 feet west of the west line of Lot
9, Block 11, Gantenbein's Addition, and the north 10
feet of Ainsworth Street, lying between a point 10
feet east of the east line of Block 12, Gantenbein's
Addition and a point 10 feet west of the west line
of Block 12G, Riverside Addition.

Section Two. That a certified copy of this ordinance shall
be recorded by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the
office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington.
Section Three. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
