ORDINANCE NO 2397
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AD VALOREM TAX LEVY
IN THE CITY OF PASCO IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1 A tax for the following sums of money, or as much as may be
authorized by law, to defray the expenses and liabilities of the City of Pasco be
and the same is hereby levied for the purposes specified against all taxable property
in the City for the fiscal year 1983
General Expense, including Councilmanic Bond
Amount
Debt Services and Fire Pension $1,127,985
1965 Arterial Street General Obligation
Bond Fund 60,000
1971 Bridge General Obligation Bond Fund 65,000
Local Improvement Guarantee Fund 200,000
$1,452,985
SECTION 2 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law
