ORDINANCE NO - 2381
AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain portion of Ainsworth Street within the
City of Pasco
WHEREAS, a petition signed by the owner of more than two-thirds (2/3)
of the property abutting the south line of Block 16, Riverside Addition, has
been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate the right-
of-way hereinafter described have been duly taken and performed, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. That the north ten feet of Ainsworth Street lying
between a poin ten (10) feet west of the west line of Block 16, and a point
ten (10) feet east of the east line of Block 16, be and the same is hereby
vacated and the property vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof
and shall attach to the lots or grounds bodering thereon, all in the manner
provided by law.
Section 2 That a certified copy of this ordinance be recorded by the
City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the Office of the Auditor of
Franklin County, Washington.
Section 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passabe and publication as required by law
