That the north ten feet of Ainsworth Street lying between a poin ten (10) feet west of the west line of Block 16, and a point ten (10) feet east of the east line of Block 16, be and the same is hereby vacated and the property vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof and shall attach to the lots or grounds bodering thereon, all in the manner provided by law. Section 2 That a certified copy of this ordinance be recorded by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the Office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington.
