HomeMy WebLinkAbout2376 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. 2376 AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning by changing the zone classification of certain real property in the City of Pasco from R-3 (Medium Density Residential) to R-4 (High Density Residential). WHEREAS, the revised residential development standards enacted under Ordinance 2361 changed the permitted density of the R-3 district from high density to medium density; and WHEREAS, the City Council directed the Planning Commission to initiate the reclassification process for each vacant parcel previously classified R-3 and to recommend the appropriate residen- tial zone classification most analogous to the previously permitted density; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on June 23, 1982, due notice of which was properly given, and issued its recommendation that the below-described real prop- erty be classified from R-3 (Medium Density Residential) to R-4 (High Density Residential); and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the record of the Planning Commission proceedings and concurs in the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section One. That the zone classification of the following described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, to wit: Lot 3, Short Plat 75-9 as depicted in the map attached hereto and identified as Exhibit 1, be and the same hereby is changed from R-3 (Medium Density Residential) to R-4 (High Density Residential). Section Two. That any and all zoning maps be and hereby are amended to conform to the aforesaid zone change. Section Three.
