HomeMy WebLinkAbout2369 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO. 2369 AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning and changing the zone classification of certain real property within the City of Pasco from RT (Resi- dential Transition) to I-1 (Light Industry). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section One. That the zone classification of the following described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, to wit: West half of West half of Southeast quarter of Northeast quarter of Section 28, Township 9 North, Range 30 East, W.M., EXCEPT South 743 feet thereof AND That portion of West half of West half of Southeast quarter of Northeast quarter of said Section 28 described as follows: Begin- ning at the Northeast corner of said West half of West half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28, thence South 0°17'04" East 576.84 feet along the East line of said West quarter to the True Point of Beginning, thence continuing South 0°17'04" East along said East line 218.07 feet, thence South 55°24'44" West 68.95 feet, thence North 0°17'04" West 257.61 feet; thence North 89°36' 07" East 56.96 feet to the True Point of Begin- ning TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over the following described property: Beginning at the Northeast corner of West half of West half of Southeast quarter of the North- east quarter of Section 28, Township 9 North, Range 30 East, W.M., thence South 0 0 17'04" East 794.91 feet along the East line of said West half of West half to the True Point of Beginning, thence South 55°24'44" West 151.93 feet, thence South 50°07'02" West 101.03 feet, thence South 43°49' 18" West 101.12 feet, thence South 37°32'12" West 87.67 feet thence South 0°13'23" East along the West line of said quarter 32.66 feet, thence North 37°32'12" East 112 39 feet thence North 43°49'18" East 98.92 feet, thence North 50°07'02" East 99.01 feet, thence North 55°24' 44" East 137.36 feet, thence North 0°17'04" West along the East line of said West half of West half 24.21 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
