ORDINANCE NO. 2368
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Pasco, Washington,
amending Ordinance No. 2321 approving and
confirming the assessments and assessment roll
of Local Improvement District No. 115.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2321 is amended
to read as follows:
Section 1. The assessments and assessment roll of
Local Improvement District No. 115 which has been created and
established for the purpose of improving certain streets within
the City as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, as provided by
Ordinance No. 2277, as the same now stand be and the same are hereby
in all things and respects approved and confirmed in the total
amount of $181,002.03.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of
the City of Pasco, Washington, at a regular open public meeting
thereof, this 6th day of July, 1982.
