ORDINANCE NO. 2351
AN ORDINANCE concerning amusement devices and amending
Chapter 5.20 Pasco Municipal Code by the
amendment of Section .100 of said chapter,
and by the enactment of Section .115 of
said chapter.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section One. Section 5.20.100 of the Pasco Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read, by the underscored additions and deletions
by delineation, as follows:
5.20.100 LICENSE FEES. The license fees to be
charged hereunder for electrical phonographs,
machines, tables, games or devices as specified
under Section 5.20.010, shall be Five Hundred
Dollars ($500) per year, or any part thereof for
each distributor who maintains, conducts, or
operates one or more such electrical phonograph,
machine, table, game or device, to be known as
a distributor's license. For purpose of this
chapter, distributor is defined as a person,
firm or corporation who furnishes any of the
electrical phonographs, machines, tables, games
or devices licensed under this chapter for use
in any business establishment other than owned
or operated by such person, firm or corporation.
In addition, the owner or operator of any busi-
ness establishment having any electrical phono-
graph, machine, table, game or device, as
defined in Section 5.20.010, on said premises
must pay a fee of F±fty-BeIlars-4$594—per
maelatne-eaeh-yea.
Annual License Fees
1 - 6 machines $ 50.00
Over six machines $100.00
or fraction thereof.
Section Two. Section 5.20.115 of the Pasco Municipal Code
is hereby enacted and shall read as follows:
5.20.115 DISTRIBUTOR'S LIST. Each distributor
at the time of application for a license fee of
each year shall file with the City Clerk a list-
ing by name and street address, of each business
establishment in the City of Pasco where the dis-
tributor is furnishing an amusement device as
specified under Section 5.20.010 and specifying
the exact number of amusement devices the distri-
butor has furnished.

Section Three. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days
