ORDINANCE NO. 2350
AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing the use of an
alternative method of proceeding with
delinquent L.I.D. assessment foreclosure
proceedings: and allowing for the collec-
tion of the entire assessment upon the
failure to pay any installment.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section One. The alternative procedure for foreclosing local
Improvement assessment liens set forth in RCW 35.50.220 through .270,
as it may be amended from time to time, is hereby authorized and the
use of the same is directed if the city attorney in his discretion
deems it advisable.
Section Two. Upon the failure of any person to pay any
installment due of a local improvement assessment, the entire
assessment shall become due and payable and the collection thereof
enforced by foreclosure; provided, that the payment of all delin-
quent Installments together with interest, penalty, and costs at
any time before entry of judgement in foreclosure shall extend the
time of payment on the remainder of the assessments as if there had
been no delinquency or foreclosure.
Section Three. This ordinance shall take effect five days
after passage and publication.

by the Mayor.
