ORDINANCE NO 2335
AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain alley in Block 25, Riverside Addition to
the City of Pasco
WHEREAS, a petition signed by more than two-thirds (2/3) of the
owners of property abutting the east/west alley within Block 25, Riverside
Addition, has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate the alley
hereinafter described have been duly taken and performed, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That the ten foot east/west alley, adjacent Lots 1-6,
7 and 20, Block 25, Riverside Addition, be and the same is hereby vacated and the
property so vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof and shall attach
to the lots or grounds bordering thereon, all in the manner provided by law
Section 2 That a certified copy of this Ordinance be recorded by the
City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the office of the Auditor of
Franklin County, Washington
Section 3 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law
