AN ORDINANCE establishing fees and charges for the Pasco
Municipal Golf Course and repealing all ordi-
nances inconsistent herewith.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectio.1 One. The following fees and charges for the Pasco Municipal
Golf Course be and the same are hereby adopted to become effective on and
after January 1, 1982, until changed as specified in Section Two of this

Section Two The above fees and charges may be amended from time to
time and in such amounts as determined by the Pasco City Council by Resolution
Section Three The sales tax on the fees and charges set forth in Section
One above is computed at the current rate of 6 3% If, at any time the sales tax
rate increased, the basic fee or charge shall be reduced by the effective increase
in sales tax so that each total fee or charge shall remain the same as the total
fee or charge set forth in Section One above
Section Four All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed
Section Five This Ordinance shall be in effect five (5) days after passage
and publication according to law

by the Mayor
