ORDINANCE NO 2323
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1981 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY
OF PASCO BY PROVIDING A SUPPLEMENTAL THERETO, BY APPROP-
RIATING AND REAPPROPRIATING REVENUE, BY PROVIDING TRANSFER
AND EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY, BY ADJUSTING THE EXPENDITURE
PROGRAM OF VARIOUS FUNDS AND BUDGETS WITHIN FUNDS, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The 1981 Budget be and the same is hereby amended to provide
for the following adjustments to revenue and expenditures and by providing
authority for any necessary transfer of money within or between funds as
indicated

The above items are shown as revenue and appropriations for expenditures to
specific budgets and items within budgets in the attachment marked Exhibit I,
"The Revenue/Expenditure Detail", which is incorporated herein as though
fully set forth
Section 2 A public emergency is hereby declared to exist for the reason
that necessary expenditures of money have arisen since the filing of the 1981
Preliminary Budget, and which could not have been foreseen at that time, and
which were not provided for in the 1981 Annual Budget It is also necessary to
adjust certain fund income not forecast in the 1981 Preliminary Budget
Section 3 That the additions in appropriations and expenditures are
hereby declared to exist in the above funds for the said uses and purposes as
shown above and in the Exhibit and the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to issue warrants and transfer funds in accordance with the pro-
visions of this Ordinance
Section 4 This Ordinance with the attached ExhIlbit shall be on file with
the Office of the Pasco City Clerk
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this ,/ day of December,
1981, on its second reading after having first been read at the regular council
meeting of December 7, 1981, by a vote of 7 "Yes" to —0-- "No"
This Ordinance shall be in effect following its passag and lication
as required by law

- AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PASCO BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1982
WHEREAS, subsequent to due notice and public hearing thereon, the City Council of
the City of Pasco has approved a budget for the year 1982, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
- Section 1 The following budget containing the totals set forth for each fund
department, for the year 1982, is hereby adopted
