ATTES : Even Wells, City Clerk APPROVED AS TO FORM: ubstello, City Attorney ORDINANCE NO. 2317 AN ORDINANCE establishing a cumulative reserve fund for street maintenance. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2300 of the City of Pasco provided for the collection of funds to be placed into a reserve fund to be established by ordinance, and such funds are required to be reserved for the maintenance, by overlaying or sealing, of asphaltic concrete streets in the City of Pasco. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. There is hereby established a cumulative reserve fund which is designated as "Cumulative Reserve Fund For Street Maintenance." Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication according to law.
