ORDINANCE NO. 2309
AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of Adelia Street
and Douglas Avenue and a certain alley in
the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, a petition signed by more than two-thirds of the
owners of the property abutting the below described portions of
Adelia Street and Douglas Avenue and a certain alley in the City
of Pasco has been submitted to the City Council of the City of
Pasco; and
WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate
the aforesaid portions of street and alley hereinafter described
have been duly taken and performed; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the north ten feet of Adelia Street lying
between the west line of Lot 10 and the east line of Lot 11, Block
27, Plat of Highland Park Homes, subject to retention of a full
width easement for the construction, repair and maintenance of
public utilities, be and the same hereby is vacated and the prop-
erty so vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof, all in
the manner prescribed by law.
Section 2. That the south ten feet of Adelia Street lying
between a point ten feet west of the west line of Lot 14 and the
east line of Lot 15, Block 10, A.M. Wehe's First Addition, subject
to retention of a full width easement for the construction, repair
and maintenance of public utilities, be and the same hereby is
vacated and the property so vacated shall vest in the righful
owners thereof and shall attach to the lots or grounds bordering
thereon, all in the manner prescribed by law.
Section 3. That the east ten feet of Douglas Avenue lying
between the south line of Lot 1 and the north line of Lot 14, Block
10, A.M. Wehe's First Addition, subject to retention of a full width
easement for the construction, repair and maintenance of public
utilities, be and the same hereby is vacated and the property so
vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof and shall attach
to the lots or grounds bordering thereon, all in the manner prescribed
by law.
Section 4. That the north-south alley in Block 10, A.M.
Wehe's First Addition, be and the same hereby is vacated and the
property so vacated shall vest in the rightful owners thereof and
shall attach the lots or grounds bordering thereon, all in the GO
manner prescribed by law. c410.
Section 5. That a certified copy of this Ordinance be recorded iZ
by the city clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the office of the z40
auditor of Franklin County, Washington. LCD

Section 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and publication as required by law.
