ORDINANCE NO. 2305 AN ORDINANCE enacting Section 14.04.055 of the Pasco Municipal Code; and providing for a local improvement dis- trict installment account administrative service charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00); and further providing for the placement of the funds received therefrom into the administrative services fund. WHEREAS, the City Council upon recommendation of the City Manager and City Finance Director has determined that the servicing of local Improvement district installment accounts is costly to the City and not presently passed on to the property owner. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. That Section 14.04.055 of the Pasco Municipal Code be and the same is hereby enacted to read as follows: P.M.C. 14.04.055. ESTABLISHMENT OF A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT INSTALLMENT ACCOUNT SERVICE CHARGE. A charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be added to each assessment on all local improvement district assessment rolls adopted after the effective date of this section for the administrative servicing of installment payments. This charge shall be deducted from any assessment paid within the first thirty (30) days following the date of first publication of the notice by the City Treasurer that the assessment roll is in his hands for collection. All funds received by the City from this charge shall be placed in the administrative services fund. Section 2.
