ORDINANCE NO 2302
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AD VALOREM
TAX LEVY IN THE CITY OF PASCO DI ACCORDANCE
WITH STATE LAW.
The City Council of the City of Pasco do ordain as follows
Section 1 A tax for the following sums of money, or as much
thereof as may be authorized by law, to defray the expenses and liabilities
of the City of Pasco be and the same is hereby levied for the purposes specified
against all taxable property in the City for the fiscal year 1982
General Expense, Including Council-
manic Bond Debt Services
1961 Library General Obligation Bond Fund
1965 Arterial Street General Obligation Bond Fund
1971 Bridge General Obligation Bond Fund
Local Improvement Guaranty Fund

Section 2 The estimated beginning cash balance in all above funds
is $458,280 The estimated ending cash balance is $680,000
