HomeMy WebLinkAbout2301 OrdinancePASSED by the City Cou of the City of Pasco and by law this 4 2d/ day o 9 f/ A ni7 er, Mayor oved as provided ATTE Evelyn 0 APPROVED AS TO FORM Greg • tello, City Attorney ORDINANCE NO 2301 AN ORDINANCE accepting a Quit-Claim Deed from LeRoe and Nancy A Strode for property to provide suitable width of public access on Road 26 in Pasco WHEREAS, the construction of Road 26 under L I D 110 required additional right-of-way in the area north of Sylvester Street, and WHEREAS, the property owner prefers to deed the necessary land to the City of Pasco in lieu of dedicating right-of-way, and WHEREAS, an additional 19-feet of width allows the city ownership of sufficient land for street and sidewalk, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDIANED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO THAT Section 1 The City of Pasco hereby accepts the property being deeded to it by LeRoe and Nancy A. Strode further described as follows The east 133-1/3 ft of the west 139-1/3 ft of the south 330 feet of SE quarter, SW quarter, NE quarter Sect 25 T9N R39 E W.M EXCEPT the east 114-1/3 ft thereof and the north 155 3 ft. thereof, and EXCEPT existing road right-of-way Section 2 The City Clerk shall file and record the Quit-Claim Deed with Franklin County as prescribed by law.
