HomeMy WebLinkAbout2298 Ordinance611d7 ATT T ED A 0 FORM yI Wells, City Clerk Gre ubstello EXxAvaridetv Ira Schmidt, Mayor Pro Tern ORDINANCE NO 2298 AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning and changing the zone classification of certain real property within the City of Pasco from R-1 (low density residential) to C-3 (General Business) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1 That the zone classification of the following described real property situated in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, to-wit Lots 1-12, Block 14, Frey's Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume "B" of Plats, pg 16, records of Franklin County, State of Washington as depicted in the map attached hereto and identified as Exhibit 1, be and same is hereby changed from R-1 (low density residential) to C-3 (General Business) Section 2 That any and all zoning maps be and hereby are amended to conform to the aforesaid zone change Section 3 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 8th day of September, 1981 fixl!sig City Attorney - - \*A 5 n c 15 • m _ 2. 0 .
