ORDINANCE NO. 2286
AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain portion of South
Sycamore Avenue and certain alleys
in the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, a petition signed by more than two-thirds (2/3)
of the owners of property abutting that portion of South Sycamore
Avenue and certain alleys within Blocks 9 and 10, Wiletta's
Addition, has been submitted to the City Council of the City of
Pasco; and
WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate
the portion of street and certain alleys hereinafter described
have been duly taken and performed; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That that portion of South Sycamore Avenue lying
between Blocks 9 and 10, Wiletta's Addition, be and the same is
hereby vacated and the property so vacated shall vest in the
rightful owners thereof and shall attach to the lots or grounds
bordering thereon, all in the manner provided by law.
Section 2. That all of the North-South and East-West alleys
within Blocks 9 and 10, Wiletta's Addition, be and the same are
hereby vacated and the property so vacated shall vest in the
rightful owners thereof and shall attach to the lots or grounds
bordering thereon, all in the manner provided by law.
Section 3. That a certified copy of this Ordinance be
recorded by the City Clerk of the Cityof Pasco in and with the
office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and publication as required by law.

day of July , 1981.
