ORDINANCE NO. 2268
AN ORDINANCE relating to reimbursement to officers and
employees for expenses necessarily incurred
in the performance of their official duties.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 2.42.471 of the Pasco Municipal
Code be and the same is hereby enacted to read as follows:
P.M.C. 2.42.471. EXPENSES WITHIN CITY.
Expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of official
duties by City officers and employees within the limits of the
City may be reimbursed in the same manner as provided in
P.M.C. 2.42.470.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage and publication as required by law.
