De Felice, Acting City Attorney ORDINANCE NO. 2263 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Pasco relating to Contracted Indebtedness: Increasing the total amount that may be borrowed pursuant to Ordinance No. 2212 from $450,000 to $600,000 through the issuance of negotiable limited tax general obligation bonds and the issuance of interest-bearing warrants drawn upon the "Pasco Municipal Golf Course Redevelopment Fund." THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 2212 be amended so that where it now states that indebtedness is not to exceed $450,000, the $450,000 figure shall be replaced by the figure of $600,000. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and five (5) days following its publication as required by law. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington, at an open public regular meeting thereof and authenticated by its City Clerk this 4 day of May, 1981.
