HomeMy WebLinkAbout2261 Ordinance2261 ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE making it unlawful to engage in business or to conduct other activities requiring a license without a license. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Section 5.04.020 of the Pasco Municipal Code (prior Code §3-1.30) be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: P.M.C. 5.04.020 LICENSES REQUIRED. It is unlawful for any person to engage in any business within the City or to conduct any shows, exhibitions, or lawful games within the City without complying with the terms of this Chapter. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law. 20 PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this day of April , 1981. E. A.
