A. 499 O8 6.(1 0_,(D ORDINANCE NO. 2260 AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain portion of Park Street in the City of Pasco. WHEREAS, a petition signed by more than two-thirds (2/3) of the owners of property abutting that portion of Park Street lying between Twentieth (20th) and Twenty-Second (22nd) Avenues in the City of Pasco has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco: and WHEREAS, all steps and procedures required by law to vacate the portion of street hereinafter described have been duly taken and performed; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That that portion of Park Street lying' between 20th Avenue and 22nd Avenue be and the same is hereby vacated and the property so vacated shall vest in rightful owners thereof and shall attach to the lots or grounds bordering thereon, all in the manner provided by law. Section 2. That a certified copy of this Ordinance be recorded by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco in and with the office of the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
