ORDINANCE NO. 2?57
AN ORDINANCE relating to City Council Meeting
procedures by amending PMC Chapter 2.02.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 2.02.020 of the Pasco Municipal
Code (Ord. 1807 §1, 1976) be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
PMC 2.02.020 MEETINGS - ORDER OF BUSINESS. At all
meetings of the City Council the order of business
shall be as follows:
1st. Call to Order
2nd. Roll Call
3rd. Consent Agenda (including approval of
minutes and bills and commications).
4th. Visitors/Other Than Agenda Items.
5th. Reports from Committees and/or Officers.
6th. Public Hearings and Council Action on
Ordinances Relating Thereto.
7th. Ordinances Not Relating to Public Hearings
and Resolutions.
8th. Unfinished Business.
9th. New Business.
10th. Miscellaneous Council Discussion.
11th. Adjournment.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage and publication as required by law.
